Prostate Cancer Aware Assessment

At the end of the assessment you will receive a personalized, confidential report.

Every man over the age of 45 is at risk for prostate cancer but that risk increases dramatically with age. In fact, more than 70% of men diagnosed with prostate cancer are over the age of 65.

The Prostate Cancer Aware Assessment takes approximately seven minutes to complete and includes questions that focus on the following risk factors:

  • Age/Gender
  • Family history
  • Ethnicity
  • Diet
  • Obesity
  • Exercise
  • Smoking
  • Last PSA or DRE
