Joint pain is among the most prevalent chronic conditions with nearly 20 million Americans reporting activity limitations due to arthritis. Arthritis results in 750,000 hospitalizations and 36 millions outpatient visits each year. Arthritis is not just an old person’s disease. Nearly two-thirds of people with arthritis are younger than 65.
The Joint Aware Assessment takes approximately seven minutes to complete and includes questions that focus on the following risk factors:
