Spine Aware Assessment

At the end of the assessment you will receive a personalized, confidential report.

Back pain is a real problem in the U.S. Four out of five people will experience lower back pain at some point in their life – a staggering 208 million people. Back pain is the second most common neurological ailment in the U.S. – only headache is more common.

The Spine Aware Assessment takes approximately seven minutes to complete and includes questions that focus on the following risk factors:

  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Obesity
  • Strenuous sports
  • Smoking
  • Arthritis
  • Pain, stiffness, swelling or aching in your back
  • Unexplained weight change
  • Description of and cause for pain
  • Past procedures
  • Manual labor
